Ultimately your income will come from a number of sources from the distribution network that you create.

In the first instance your distribution network or your organic business consists of you and the people or entities that you immediately introduce into it. You will have a
very supportive team to help you define and grow your business but your actual income will be generated by your work, specifically the commissions from:

• purchases from direct customers via your web site– see an example of the ecommerce web site that you will have at www.onegrp.com/?personallyorganic. You will receive up to 30% from any product sale, the head office takes the order, sends out the products and you just have to access your bonus payments
• purchases from retail shops that you have introduced into your distribution network – this is only open in some countries but allows reps to "sign up" traditional retailers who wish to on sell our certified organic products in their shops
• purchases from fundraising groups that you have introduced into your distribution network – a fundraising group that you introduce to our organic products will get a free web site and can earn up to 30% of the product price from any orders made via it. You in turn will receive a small commission from every purchase made
• purchases from health & beauty professionals that you have introduced into your distribution network – health and beauty professionals, like retailers, can order our organic products at significant discounts and then on sell them as part of their business or practice

You do not have to work with all of these sectors. Because our organic business opportunity is so flexible we will help you design a business that suits your situation and goals. In that context some reps will focus on fundraising on not work with any retailers. Others will work primarily with health and beauty professionals.

We will also help you connect with people who are looking for certified organic products, so rather than "selling" you are using a range of different strategies to find people who are looking and want what we have (and from the state of the organic industry, numbers of these people are growing drastically)

In the process of connecting with customers, retailers, fundraising groups or professionals interested in pure certified organic products you will meet people who "want to do what you are doing". At this point you would "sponsor" them into ONE Group as an independent representative.

In doing so you will again access professional and comprehensive support and training from our team... don't forget that you are building a business for yourself but not by yourself, so you will always have a support team for every step of the way.

When you support this rep to be successful with our help, you will also benefit from earning a small percentage from the products distributed by their distribution network. This plan is very fair and reps are ultimately rewarded for their effort – so it is very common for a rep to sponsor someone who, because of the effort and resources they extend in building their business, earns much, much more than their sponsor. That is you can earn much more than anyone in our team to date, including your sponsor, if you build a significant and vibrant business... others will not earn more just because they "got in first".

OUR COMPENSATION PLAN

DEFINITIONS (once again... please don't expect this to make sense at a first read through, but please contact us to discuss it)

• Points. Each product has a point value assigned to it.
• PV or Personal Volume is the total of the points of all the products purchased by a Member during a calendar month. The PV is reset to ZERO at the beginning of each calendar month.
• GV or Group Volume is the total of a Member’s PV and the PV of all the Members in their downline organization. GV is reset to ZERO at the beginning of each calendar month.
• BV or Bonus Value is the point value assigned to each product for the calculation of bonuses. One BV point = 1 US$. e.g. If a representative is entitled to 25% of an order whose BV is 60, the representative would be entitled to a bonus of US$15.00.
• Autoship or Business Protection is an easy way to ensure that a Membership is active and eligible to
  receive all bonuses. ONE Group has made a point of keeping the cost of products at a competitive level while also making sure that regular monthly orders are not excessive. Consequently, the monthly commitment is just 50 Points, which equates to around US$50.
• Autoship. If a Customer or Representative signs up for Autoship, they receive an immediate 20%
  off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Autoship, the Member is committing to a regular
  monthly order, which can be changed. The monthly order will be sent out on the 5th, 10th, 15th or the 20th of each calendar month, depending on the date of joining. Autoship orders are sent out regardless of the ordering activity by the Member during the month.
• Business Protection. If a Customer or Representative signs up for Business Protection, they will receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Business Protection, a Representative is committing to receiving an order of at least 50 Points on the 25th of every month if their monthly PV to that date is not 50 Points or more.  The standard Autoship or Business Protection order is for 2 x In-Liven. However, the content of an Autoship or Business Protection pack can be changed by the Member in the Member’s Area of the website up until the day before the Autoship or Business Protection is due to be run on the computer.

BONUS SUMMARY

• Fast Start Bonuses. Fast Start Bonuses are paid upline to active Representatives on the BV of all customers, as well as new Representatives in their first 30 days with the company. In fact, depending on their level, a Representative can be paid from 25%-5%of the BV of up to seven (compressed) levels of Representatives and Preferred Customers.
• Fast Start Pool 5% of all Fast Start BV worldwide is put into the Fast Start Pool. Representatives are rewarded with one share of the Fast Start Bonus Pool for every three new Representatives (who each achieve 50 points or more) they sponsor in a calendar month. There are no limits on the number of shares a Representative may receive.
• Retirement Bonuses. Retirement Bonuses are paid according to rank on the BV of all orders made by Representatives including retail outlets, after 30 days of joining ONE Group.
• Loyalty Pool. The Loyalty Pool is 15% of worldwide retirement BV. An active Representative will receive one share of the Loyalty Pool for each personally sponsored Representative on Autoship or Business Protection achieving 200 or more PV and one share for each three personally sponsored Representatives on Autoship or Business Protection each achieving between 50-199 PV.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER

• Does not want to build a home-based business
• Pays no Joining Fee
• Buys products directly from ONE Group at up to 20% discount off retail
• May upgrade to Representative at anytime
• The Sponsor of a Preferred Customer receives up to 30% of the retail price of each order depending on the size of the order and Fast Start Bonuses are paid upline

TYPES OF PREFERRED CUSTOMERS

Home Presentation

• A Representative does the presentation at the home of the host
• Guests order product on supplied order forms and pay by credit card
• Host receives an exclusive gift of Ambrosia Essence
• Representative enters orders on the web for delivery to each guest

Fundraising

• The Organization is sponsored by a Representative. The Organization can be a school, sporting club, church group, service club or the like
• There is no cost to the Organization to join and no monthly maintenance is required for the Organization to receive bonuses
• Supporters order product from ONE Group on the Organization’s own website
• Products are delivered directly to the person making the order
• The organization receives up to 30% of the retail value of each order depending on the size of the order

Client/Patient

• The Clients/Patients of Health or Beauty Professionals may order products directly from ONE Group through the Professional’s website
• Products are delivered directly to the person making the order Casual Shopper
• A Casual Shopper orders products through a Representative’s website
• Products are delivered directly to the person making the order

REPRESENTATIVE

• Wants to build a home-based business
• Pays a Joining Fee of AU$50 (US$35) including AU$35 Administration Fee, AU$10 for Basic Training, AU$5 to the David Suzuki Foundation
• Annual Renewal Fee of AU$25 (US$17.50) FREE if on A/S or BP for previous 12 months
• FREE shipping on all orders over 50PV
• Only $4.95 shipping for orders under 50PV

EXECUTIVE POOLS

• Executive Pool. Qualified Executives receive one share of 4% of all worldwide retirement BV.
• Managing Executive Pool. Qualified Managing Executives receive one share of 5% of all worldwide retirement BV.
• Senior Executive Pool. Qualified Senior Executives receive one share of 6% of all worldwide retirement BV.
